It’s themes about unity and diversity being tied to kirks character arc is great! The characters are the most tos they have been in the kelvin universe while also still having their own spin. This movie perfectly captures the sci-fi utopia that star trek is all about while also showing the struggle to build and maintain it. It also helps that I have always been more of a movie person. This movie perfectly captures everything I love about trek. I know that there are some mixed opinions on beyond, and the kelvin movies in general, but I absolutely love it.
